Product Marketing Manager, Skillvue

Role Overview

In the role of Product Marketing Manager, you will shape how the market understands, talks about and buys into Skillvue. This is an individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales and customers, responsible for translating what we build into compelling stories that generate real interest and drive growth.

This is not an execution-only role. It requires strategic thinking, strong editorial judgment and the ability to work independently without constant guidance.

Target Audience

Your work will speak to HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, Heads of People Development, and senior decision-makers in enterprise organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own Skillvue's messaging and value proposition, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create high-quality content across formats: case studies, customer stories, interviews, webinars, videos and podcasts.
• Work closely with Product, Sales and our People Scientists to translate product capabilities into market-facing narratives.
• Structure and manage content projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery, with a strong sense of ownership and timing.
• Drive customer storytelling initiatives, including interviews and written case studies that showcase real-world impact.
• Support Sales with sharp, relevant enablement materials that reflect the buyer's language and priorities.
• Bring innovative thinking to how Skillvue shows up in the market, always looking for better ways to cut through the noise.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in Product Marketing in a B2B environment
• Experience in Sales or Product is a strong plus.
• Experience in HR Tech is a plus.
• Exceptional writer and storyteller: English required, other languages are a bonus.
• Comfortable across content formats: written long-form, video, podcasts, and live webinars.
• Highly autonomous: you create your own structure and don't need hand-holding to deliver.
• Strong project management skills: able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinker who can connect product, market, and customer into a coherent narrative.
