As senior developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Pearl Social's technology & Ai strategy, managing software development across all of our applications, and ensuring seamless IT operations. Key responsibilities include leading architecture decisions, product development, and aligning technology initiatives to support user demands and company goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Experience in Building Software/Mobile Apps
- Experienced in Software Development and Architecture, with a deep understanding of designing agentic applications
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead and oversee various technology projects.
- Strong awareness of Consumer Social Market and Broader Market Trends in Consumer Ai
- Driving technology innovations in alignment with business goals.
- Proven expertise in Product Development and delivering technology solutions that meet users' needs.
- Team Player with Excellent leadership and Communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

Remote/Hybrid Options: If the work can be done in VS Code or Figma, it can likely be done from home.
