Director of Brand Marketing, Vapoura Rum

We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Lead to help us take the next step. This isn’t a blank-sheet startup role, it's about executing and elevating what’s already in motion, bringing clarity, new ideas, discipline and creative judgement as we scale and grow.

You will lead Vapoura’s brand marketing strategy across digital, experiential activations and partnerships, helping scale a premium consumer spirits brand.

We’re looking for someone who understands that luxury is as much about restraint as it is about reach, commercially minded, detail-driven, and excited to build momentum inside a growing brand. You’ll work closely with me and the founding creative team, owning how Vapoura shows up across brand, digital, DTC and campaigns.

• Brand stewardship & creative identity
