Founding Engineer, Tano

We’re looking for a cracked full stack engineer who’s obsessed with building great products. Someone who moves fast, thinks like a founder, and sweats the details.

We’re automating the end to end workflow of influencer marketing from the ground up and already running campaigns for companies like Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, Convergence AI. Demand is exploding. We’re turning customers away because we can’t keep up with how fast we’re growing. That’s where you come in.

We want someone exceptional. You’ll be hands-on with everything from architecture to UX. You’ll ship fast making the right trade offs and use every tool at your disposal to stay insanely productive.

You’ll join a lean, focused team of two co-founders (CEO and CTO). We’re backed by a tier 1 UK seed VC, along with a sprinkling of high-profile investors.

• Obsessed with being pragmatic
• Ability to work in uncertain environments
• Always curious and learns quickly
• History of exceptional achievement
• Experience must-haves: TypeScript, React, NextJS, NestJS, Postgres, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Redis
• Experience nice-to-haves: LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Elastic, Vector DB, Python
• Exceptional candidates will have one or more of:
• Substantial experience with AI agent architectures
• Experience in pre-seed startups that made it to series A and beyond
• Experience being a content creator
