
As Customer Operations Executive, you will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure that all of our orders are fulfilled on-time ,in-full, and any issues to service level or quality are dealt with swiftly and effectively across our retail, foodservice and direct-to-consumer channels.
The role will include:
Warehousing and Logistics
- Organising logistics for our UK B2B customers’ orders, including major retailers.
- Ownership of order processing including monitoring and reporting on OTIF %.
- Supporting in delivery of our international customer orders.
Customer Success
- Handling customer service requests, ensuring an excellent support experience every time.
- Managing B2B account administration, including verifying new customers, invoicing and completing orders.
- Organising sample send-outs to our UK and international customers
Must haves
FMCG Operations experience ideal.
