We’re a seed-stage startup, and this is our first dedicated GTM hire. You’ll design our entire inbound and outbound sales engine from scratch—building SDR/BDR processes, setting up our CRM, defining cadences and qualification criteria, and owning every hand-off to marketing and customer success. Your work will directly drive our goal of £1M ARR in the next 12 months.
What you’ll do
- Architect and implement all lead-gen processes (inbound forms, chat bots, content offers) and outbound playbooks (email cadences, call scripts, LinkedIn sequences).
- Select, configure, and maintain our CRM (Airtable today; may evolve) and associated tools (Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, dialers, automation).
- Build training materials, playbooks, and onboarding documentation for future SDRs/BDRs and AEs.
- Define qualification criteria (MQL/SQL) and hand-off workflows to marketing and customer success.
- Implement reporting and analytics from scratch—design dashboards that track calls, emails, meetings, pipeline value, and conversion rates.
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing to iterate messaging, positioning, and demo flows that resonate with prospects.
- Continuously optimise processes based on data—own A/B tests on messaging, channel mix, and cadence.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in building GTM processes (SDR/BDR) from zero, ideally in SaaS/B2B commerce or ERP.
- Hands-on experience selecting and configuring CRMs and outbound engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable building reports and dashboards from scratch.
- Technical aptitude—able to demo complex features, understand APIs/integrations, and collaborate with engineers.
- Exceptional communicator—can create training content, playbooks, and lead cross-functional projects.
- Based in Turkey or the UK; able to work English-language markets.
- SaaS or ERP domain experience is a plus.
- Preferably previous “first sales hire” or startup experience.
