
You’ll be the creative engine behind our paid media. You’ll lead the end-to-end process: from insight and ideation through to production, testing, and optimisation. You’ll work closely with our team, creators, and freelancers to develop assets that convert, and eat lots of delicious food in the process.
What you’ll be up to
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Own the creative strategy for paid social using insights from the Blockparty and performance data.
- Write conversion-focused scripts, concepts, and copy that entertain, educate, and drive conversions.
- Ideate and test new creative formats.
Production & Management
- Lead the full production cycle. Briefing, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Collaborate with creators, editors, freelancers, and agencies to bring ideas to life at speed.
- Own creative feedback loops. Ensure every piece of content makes us smarter for the next round.
Testing & Optimisation
- Build and own structured creative testing frameworks and hypotheses.
- Monitor performance data and uncover learnings.
- Continuously refine scripts, visuals, and hooks to improve CTR, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Track competitors and industry trends to keep our creative fresh and first-mover.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Report on creative performance and insights to the broader team.
- Maintain a healthy rhythm of creative experimentation - balancing high-performing iterations with bold new ideas.
A bit about you:
- Passionate about food.
- 3-5 years experience in a creative or performance marketing role, ideally in a D2C or startup environment managing ad spends of >£200k pm.
- Proven track record in developing, producing, and optimising high-performing paid ads.
- Strong copywriting skills and an instinct for storytelling that sells.
- Analytical mindset - you can read the data and use it to sharpen creative decisions.
- Confident working with creators, freelancers, and agencies.
- Super organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
